CONSULTING SERVICES - Level 3

Personal and/or Professional Consulting Services as defined on CSI-EXPERTISE Service Agreement or Professional Fee Schedule.

The payment of CSI-EXPERTISE professional services is non-refundable. 

All CSI-EXPERTISE professional services and/or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration using a single arbitrator in Broward County, Florida and in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules of commercial arbitration. costs, including expert witness' costs, expended by the prevailing party in connection with such action.
